Family

Shelly is a Colorado Native who grew up in Roxborough and took a 16 year vacation in San Diego, CA.  She an her husband Randy have 3 kids, a Daughter in College, a son in High School and another son in Middle School.  Here family has been attending Valley View since 2009.   

Background

Shelly has been involved in Awana for 14 years. Beginning as a Sparks Listener, then progressing through Leader, Secretary and Director.  She is currently serving as the Awana Commander and Director of Clubs. 

Personal note:

All of my children have been through at least 2 years of T&T. My husband of 22 years runs the Awana Grand Prix for our Regional Missionary.  I have Homeschooled all of my children at some point in their school careers.  Currently I work for Douglas County Schools, and our Business at home.  I cannot think of a greater gift than to be able to love on children and to share the gospel of Christ with them, knowing that I have an opportunity to influence eternity.  Thank you for allowing me to be blessed by knowing and working with your kids.
